What happens after you send us your application documents?
Acknowledgment of receipt
Within three working days after receipt of your application, you will receive a confirmation from us via e-mail.
Preselection
If there are vacancies in the relevant department, your application will be checked there with regard to your qualifications. Because your application is important to us, we take any amount of time necessary to do so. Hence, it may be up to four weeks before you hear from us again.
First interview
As a rule, we will contact you by e-mail in order to arrange a suitable time and date for a telephone conversation with the head of the department. However, it may also be that we skip this step and invite you directly to a personal interview.
Job interview
On the part of oraïse, the head of department, a member of HR management and, if necessary, another colleague will take part in the interview in our office. We strive for an open and friendly mood in job interviews, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be critical questions or, depending on the area, a practical task that you’ll solve while we look over your shoulder.

Questions answered? Ink dry? Then we can start. We will create an individual introductory program for you, tailored to your future area of work. During this period, you will get to know your new colleagues, come to understand the structure and organization of the company through internships in all relevant departments and be trained in a qualified and well-founded manner. This absolutely includes visits to our various branch locations.
