Responsible for service quality and ensuring customer satisfaction as well as customer loyalty
Your tasks
- Central contact point for enquiries in the relevant areas of responsibility
- Interface between the customer and the internal service organisation
- Ensuring compliance with service level agreements
- Identifying and implementing service improvement opportunities
- Preparing reports related to service quality and accounting
- Advising customers on technical issues and problems
- Assisting in the preparation of technical solutions and proposal presentations
- Creation, quality assurance and maintenance of technical customer documentation
- Coordinating and monitoring activities and managing projects
Your profile
- Degree in (business) informatics or successfully completed IT training or commercial training
- Specialist career changers and career starters with a positive attitude towards customers, new tasks, further training and working in a team welcome
- Initial knowledge of service management and IT project management
- Basic knowledge and understanding of operating systems, databases and networks
- Interest in cloud infrastructures as well as automated deployment (DevOps)
- High communicative and social skills as well as strong customer orientation
- Good and fast comprehension skills as well as independent, result-oriented way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English
