We continue to grow and are looking for employees in the area of Technical Account / Service Management – Junior (m/f/d) in Frankfurt am Main, Bremen, another oraïse location or nationwide in a home office.

Responsible for service quality and ensuring customer satisfaction as well as customer loyalty

Your tasks

  • Central contact point for enquiries in the relevant areas of responsibility
  • Interface between the customer and the internal service organisation
  • Ensuring compliance with service level agreements
  • Identifying and implementing service improvement opportunities
  • Preparing reports related to service quality and accounting
  • Advising customers on technical issues and problems
  • Assisting in the preparation of technical solutions and proposal presentations
  • Creation, quality assurance and maintenance of technical customer documentation
  • Coordinating and monitoring activities and managing projects

Your profile

  • Degree in (business) informatics or successfully completed IT training or commercial training
  • Specialist career changers and career starters with a positive attitude towards customers, new tasks, further training and working in a team welcome
  • Initial knowledge of service management and IT project management
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of operating systems, databases and networks
  • Interest in cloud infrastructures as well as automated deployment (DevOps)
  • High communicative and social skills as well as strong customer orientation
  • Good and fast comprehension skills as well as independent, result-oriented way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
