The management board
The oraïse management team manages the company with competence, a sense of responsibility and humanity. We are not detached “bosses”, but committed persons of contact for our partners, customers and employees.
Achim Büchner has been with the company since 2002 and has been heading the IT Service department since 2009. This includes our in-house service desk in 1st level support as well as 2nd and 3rd level support. Furthermore, Achim is responsible for service and support management. In his role in oraïse management, he is responsible for the technical implementation and operation of oraïse’s range of services.

Dietmar Grün has been with the company since 2010 and has been Head of Sales and Business Development since 2014. His role in oraïse management entails responsibility for all sales and partnership strategies. He also holds the position of site manager for the oraïse locations in Stuttgart and Munich.

Jan Kaars has been in charge of purchasing, finance and controlling since 2008. He is also responsible for the location in Bremen.

Manuel Räber has been the owner and managing director of the oraïse group since October 2016. He started in January 2010 as Managing Director of oraïse Schweiz AG. In his role in oraïse management, he is responsible for all of the company’s business activities and strategic development.

Michael Schobert joined oraïse in April 2010. At the beginning, he built up the consulting area and later took on responsibility for the software development department. In 2015 he took overall responsibility for the engineering department and was appointed to the management board at oraïse. In his management role at oraïse, he is responsible for all consulting, implementation and project management matters, as well as the company’s product portfolio.
