The oraise Group, with headquarters in Bremen and Schindellegi, has been awarded the ISO certification 27001:2013 in accordance with the international standards ISO/IEC by the TÜV Rheinland for its exemplary information security management system (ISMS for short).
The certification of the oraise Group covers all the major business processes that are required to bring about the processes of the managed services (this includes hosting, IT services and the in-house service desk), as well as the software development. Manuel Räber, owner and CEO of the oraise Group, emphasizes:
“We can ensure that our customers have optimum information security thanks to the ISO 27001 certification. This is the basic prerequisite enabling us to offer our customers the highest quality when it comes to services. That’s why it is essential that we protect our business processes, as well as our information systems, which are required to implement these processes by applying appropriate measures.”
Torsten Ewald, coordinator for information security, adds: “We are quite rightly proud to have achieved this milestone. The ISMS allows us to quickly identify and react to security risks and thus effectively manage and continually improve information security. In this regard, we regularly carry out audits to ensure that we achieve and fulfil our security objectives and guidelines. This helps us meet the expectations and gain the trust of our customers at all times. We are therefore very delighted to have successfully completed the certification process and to add yet another mark of quality to the managed services offered by oraise.”
