Owner and CEO

Manuel Räber

Manuel Räber is the owner and general manager since October 2016. He started his career within the oraise group in January 2010 as the general manager of the of the oraïse Schweiz AG. Within the management of oraise, he is responsible for the overall management of oraïse.

Dietmar Grün

Dietmar Grün joined the company in 2010 and has been the Sales- and Business Development Manager since 2014. Within the management of oraise, he is responsible for all sales- and partner management strategies. He is also responsible for the management of the offices in Stuttgart and Munich.

Jan Kaars

Jan Kaars is responsible for Sourcing, Finances and Controlling. He is also responsible for our office in Bremen.

Achim Büchner

Since 2002 Achim Büchner is part of the oraïse team. Since 2009 Mr. Büchner manages the IT Service. This includes our in-house service desk in the 1st level support, as well as the 2nd and 3rd level support. Furthermore Achim Büchner is responsible for service and support management. In his function in the management of oraïse, he is responsible for the technical implementation and operational services  of the oraïse.

Michael Schobert

Michael Schobert joined oraïse in April 2010. During his early career within oraise, he managed the setup of the new Consulting team and later on assumed the management position of the Software-Developement department. In 2015, he was given overall responsibility for the Engineering department  and joined the Management Team of oraïse. Within the management, he is responsible for the Consultancy-Implementation and Project Management of oraïse.
